1. OBJECTIVE
In compliance with the provisions laid down by the Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, and in consideration of the constitutional right of all people to know, update and rectify any information that we have collected about them, the PRODUCTION AND the MANAGEMENT S. A. S PYGSAS with registered office in FUNZA, Cundinamarca, adopts the guidelines of the Policy on the Processing of Personal Data, guaranteeing that personal data stored in databases of your property will not be reported to and used by third parties without the prior, express and free consent of the holder of the information.
2. SCOPE:
This Policy applies to all personal information of clients, prospects, contractors, suppliers, employees, visitors or any other person for any reason to provide information to PYGSAS.

➢ Sensitive data: Those that affect the privacy of the Holder of, or whose improper use can generate its discrimination, such as those that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of trade unions, social organizations, human rights or promote the interests of any political party or to guarantee the rights and guarantees of political opposition parties as well as data relating to health, sexual life and biometric data.
➢ Provider: Any natural person or legal entity providing any services to the Company under a contractual relationship/obligacional;

5. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA
Within the scope of the rights to privacy, the good name, image and other Constitutional guarantees, PYGSAS uses the personal data that the owner of the data recorded, according to the regulations in force on the matter. So, the personal data are exclusively used by different areas of the company, for the following purposes:
➢ Collect personal data and incorporate them, store them, organize them, conserve them and manage them in our database.
➢ Execute the contractual relationship with customers, suppliers, employees, contractors, strategic partners, associates, and others who have links with PYGSAS.

8. DUTIES OF PYGSAS AS RESPONSIBLE OF THE TREATMENT
PYGSAS is responsible directly to the treatment and custody of the Personal Data collected and stored; however, it reserves the right to delegate to a third party such treatment, which will require the hiring manager's attention and implementation of policies and procedures appropriate for the protection of personal data and the strict confidentiality of the same, in accordance with the provisions of article 18 of the Law 1581 of 2012.
9. SENSITIVE DATA
For the purposes of the Law of protection of personal data and the present policy of personal data processing, data are defined as sensitive, those related to the privacy of the holder, such as those that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of trade unions, social organizations, human rights or promote the interests of any political party or to guarantee the rights and guarantees of political opposition parties as well as data relating to health, the sexual life and the biometric data. PYGSAS reiterates its apolitical nature, as well as that it is an entity without directions or a religious or ethnic exclusive. However, the holder of the personal information, is not required to provide sensitive data, therefore, any application of the same will require express permission.
10. PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS
